SAFE Alarm Systems Inc. has been servicing Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach and Martin counties since 1975 under the same ownership and management, and at the same location in Davie since 1981.
LICENSING
SAFE Alarm Systems Inc. (CC# EF-0000370) is licensed through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations Electrical Contracting Licensing Board as a Certified Alarm Systems Contractor and is allowed to install and service all low voltage systems throughout the state of Florida.
SAFE Alarm Systems Inc.’s technical employees are certified as Alarm Systems Agents or have a Certificate of Competency and have successfully complied with a criminal background check necessary for licensing.
In order to LEGALLY install and/or service security systems or low voltage systems a company and each employee be licensed. NO IFS ANDS OR BUTS: Hiring a Licensed Contractor
INSURANCE
SAFE Alarm Systems Inc. is fully insured with both liability insurance AND Worker’s Compensation coverage and this can be verified through the Florida Department of Financial Services website. Without Worker’s Compensation insurance, if a worker gets injured on your property while working, all costs associated with that injury is your responsibility.

SAFE has been a listed alarm service company by Underwriters’ Laboratories Inc.(UL) since 1976. UL is a nationally recognized testing agency for alarm systems installations and annually inspects installed UL systems for compliance to their rigid standards. |

SAFE has been a memberof the Better Business Bureau in good standing since 1998 with an A+ rating and adheres to its ethical standards. |
